Hiring Range: Starting at $96096.00 per year

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within
• Conducts hiring training directing development and evaluating of
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
• Monitors and adheres to Approves or monitors expenditures purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

Complexity of Work:

• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
