âProcess Optimization & Tech Adoption: Modernize operations by driving Lean/Six Sigma advanced process controls automation and robotics to boost yield and cut energy consumption.
âSafety & Sustainability: Cultivate a strong safety culture and support environmental initiatives like decarbonization and circular economy practices.
âTeam Leadership: Recruit mentor and lead a diverse workforce setting clear KPIs while fostering continuous improvement.
âCost & Budget Management: Manage operational budgets control consumption costs (ferroalloys raw materials energy) and perform variance analysis.
âCross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between operations EAF Caster Refractory Procurement and Finance teams.
âKey Performance Indicators Youll Drive:
âProduction & Yield: Output volume capacity utilization alloy yield rates and throughput (Tons/Hour).
âCost & Uptime: Cost per ton energy/consumable rates and minimizing unplanned breakdown downtime.
âQuality: First Time Right % internal scrap rates and product conformity.
âSafety & ESG: LTIFR TRIR near-miss reporting and waste generation management.

Required Experience:

Manager
