Manager IT

Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
• Operates all computer systems ensuring proper operations of all programs and hardware to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Works with other department managers and supervisors on a regular basis to ensure enforcement and adherence to company policies and procedures as well as to ensure compliance to the policies of local state and federal regulations.
• Oversees necessary upgrades and changes to hardware and software.
• Maintains computer networks adding and deleting devices as necessary.
• Maintains system back-ups as scheduled or requested.
• Trains employees to use current property systems.
• Assists guides and instructs employees in proper performance of computer operations.
• Prepares system reports as required by company policies and procedures and state gaming regulations as scheduled or required.
• Prepares data for the department operating budgets and takes action on budget variance items.

Compensation:

• $90000 salary
