Scooters Coffee Mascoutah - Full Time or Part Time

We are seeking a motivated experienced and people-focused General Manager to lead our Scooters Coffee team. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations driving store performance developing team members and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership organization and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Scooters Coffee standards and culture.

• Lead and manage all daily store operations
• Recruit train coach and develop team members and shift leaders
• Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively
• Maintain high standards for customer service product quality cleanliness and food safety
• Monitor inventory ordering and waste control
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
• Analyze sales productivity and performance metrics to drive business growth
• Foster a positive accountable and team-oriented workplace culture
• Open and close the store as needed

• Previous management experience in coffee food service retail or hospitality preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
