Position Responsibilities:

Focus on providing technical support for internal and external-facing services related to the catalog as a Support Engineering Manager within Amazons Catalog Support and Programs (CSP) team. Collaborate with a team of Support Engineers drive operational excellence and enhance customer experiences by improving processes and optimizing team performance. Play a key role in shaping the teams strategic direction establishing performance metrics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide guidance mentorship and performance management for Support Engineers. Focus on optimizing processes improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality solutions. Work to improve the support experience for both internal users and external customers related to the catalog. Define the teams goals performance metrics and long-term vision. Encourage innovation collaboration and growth within the team. Resolve complex technical issues and develop solutions. Develop tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) leading system development teams; (2) software development or technical support experience; (3) scripting in modern program languages such as Python Java JavaScript C C or Go; (4) troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $149754/year to $193200/year.
