As we continue to grow were looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to help shape the future of one of our St. Louis manufacturing Impact You Will MakeAs the Human Resources Business Partner Manager youll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to site leadership helping drive organizational success through effective people strategies and leadership support. Youll have the opportunity to partner with leaders in a fast-paced highly regulated manufacturing environment where people strategy is critical to operational this highly visible role youll collaborate with leaders employees union representatives and HR Centers of Excellence to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including employee and labor relations talent management organizational effectiveness leadership coaching workforce planning compensation performance management employee engagement and change ability to build trusted relationships influence leaders at all levels and navigate complex employee matters will directly contribute to operational excellence organizational growth and Kindevas mission of manufacturing more successful candidate will exemplify Kindevas KIND ValuesKinetic Innovation Now and Business PartnershipPartner with site leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives operational excellence and workforce and advise leaders on organizational design leadership effectiveness workforce planning succession planning talent management and employee workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends anticipate organizational needs and recommend effective organizational capability by strengthening leadership effectiveness team performance and employee & Labor RelationsServe as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters by conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee concerns in a fair timely and compliant labor relations activities including grievance management contract interpretation disciplinary processes and maintaining productive relationships with union consistent application of company policies employment practices and collective bargaining agreements while promoting a positive employee Management & Organizational DevelopmentLead talent management initiatives including succession planning talent reviews leadership development career development and workforce performance management processes including goal setting coaching performance reviews corrective action and development onboarding employee development career progression and offboarding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and Programs & Continuous ImprovementPartner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise HR programs including compensation benefits recognition employee engagement and organizational development compliance with federal state and local employment laws company policies regulatory requirements and collective bargaining and support organizational change process improvement workforce transformation and business growth a culture of collaboration accountability continuous improvement and employee other duties and special projects as degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting manufacturing operations or similar business experience partnering with site and corporate leadership to develop and implement strategic HR knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources best practices including employee relations talent management performance management compensation benefits workforce planning organizational development and change ability to build trusted relationships influence stakeholders and effectively navigate organizational written verbal and interpersonal communication problem-solving conflict resolution and decision-making level of integrity professionalism discretion and ability to manage confidential supporting a unionized workforce including labor relations and collective bargaining agreement Resources experience within manufacturing pharmaceutical life sciences CDMO or another highly regulated -CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR our One Team mission of manufacturing more tomorrows.
