Manager Fund Administration (Hedge Fund)

Youll manage and train fund accountants oversee the allocation of daily and monthly activities and independently handle client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction. Youll also review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports requiring strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

What youll do

• Youll manage client relationships independently ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
• Youll train and allocate tasks to fund accountants overseeing daily monthly and annual responsibilities.
• Youll ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
• Youll oversee valuations and reconciliations analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
• Youll collaborate with auditors and tax advisors validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.

• The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($88000-$110000). 

Qualifications :

• You bring over 10 years of progressive experience in private equity public accounting or alternative asset investment roles.
• You possess strong skills in analysis accounting and administration for alternative investment funds.
• You hold a bachelors degree in Accounting and have proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• You deliver high-quality work with attention to detail managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while ensuring exceptional client service.
• You excel in software proficiency including QuickBooks Outlook Excel Word and Investran and communicate effectively in collaborative environments.
