Job Overview

The Manager Data Analyticsis responsible forleading regulatory data analytics and reporting activities to enable informeddecision making improve compliance visibility and support regulatory strategy execution. This role transforms complex regulatory and compliance data into actionable insights supporting business priorities operational excellence and regulatory readiness. The position partners closely with Regulatory Affairs Quality ITProject Managementandotherbusiness stakeholders to strengthen data governance analytics capabilities and performance reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • LeadRegulatoryAffairsdata analytics activities includingdevelopmentof dashboards reports and performance metrics.

  • Analyze regulatory and compliance data toidentifytrends risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs QualityIT Project Management and other businessstakeholdersto define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Provide inputs to and distillandinterprettheinformation from the Strategy Governance and Insights team.

  • Understand the regulatory data meanings of the dataandimplicationsof the datatoidentifyopportunitiesfor Regulatory Affairsandsupport regulatory operations and leadership with insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.

  • Establish andmaintaindata governance standards reporting frameworks and analytics best practices.

  • Support audits inspections and internal reviews by providingaccurateregulatory data and analysis.

  • Monitor evolving regulatory data and reporting requirements and assess impactsonanalytics solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory analytics capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in dataAnalytics Information Systems Regulatory Affairs Business Life SciencesEngineeringorrelateddiscipline (required).

  • Advanced degree in Analytics Data Science Business orrelatedfield (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically6-8 years of progressive experience inregulatory affairsdata analytics reporting or business intelligence within a regulated industry.

  • Experience developing dashboards reportsanalytics and data and technical presentationsto support regulatory or compliance functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience working with data visualization and analytics tools(e.g.SmartSheetPowerBI).

  • Ability to manage complex data setsfrom multiple sourcesinsight to spot and resolve data conflictsattention to detail toensure data qualityandperspective to ensure datagovernance.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices healthcare or other highly regulated industries.

  • Familiarity withUS EU andglobalregulatory processes and compliance metrics.

  • Experienceleading orsupportingregulatorysubmissionsaudits inspectionstechnical interactionsorreporting activities.

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated experience driving data or analytics process improvements.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Other:

  • Language: English required.German French Japanese and Chinese a plus.

  • Travel: Limited; occasional domestic or international travel.

  • Certifications: Analytics data visualization or regulatory certifications preferred but not.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$117000.00 - $201250.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
