Manager Count Room

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the collection of slot bill validators (BVs) and the count of table games drop and BV drop is scheduled and performed in an efficient and timely manner
• Coordinates with departments (cage security surveillance accounting slots) to ensure that communication and service levels are maintained at a high level
• Transfers Table games and slot drop funds to the cage in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure that soft count area and equipment is maintained in a neat organized serviceable and professional manner
• Performs routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Hires trains develops coaches and supervises the count room team members
• Displays courteous and professional image to associated departments and guests
• Ensure full compliance with all MGC regulations

Competencies:

• Must have basic mathematical skills with the ability to add subtract multiply and divide
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity tact and professionalism
