Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic Manager you will be a visionary leader setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.

Every day you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance staffing and fiscal health. Youll passionately advocate for your team translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

  • Lead daily clinic operations by overseeing patient care staffing scheduling workflows supplies and resources to ensure safe efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise coach and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring onboarding performance management training and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage clinic budgets monitor financial performance control expenses and allocate resources to achieve operational and fiscal objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies regulatory requirements accreditation standards infection prevention safety protocols and quality assurance programs.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing operational performance implementing process improvements resolving patient concerns and leading clinic and system-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with physicians leadership and external partners to support strategic planning enhance patient satisfaction and achieve organizational goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Other in related field and Minimum of three years leadership experience upon hire or
  • Five years of leadership experience in the discipline that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities or
  • Masters Other upon hire
