Manager Childrens Medical Group (Jackson, MS)

POSITION SUMMARY:The Clinic Manager is responsible for the financial and clinical operations encompassing daily oversight of the satellite facility; plans ensures development of and evaluates new operating systems; attracts trains and develops qualified personnel; ensures that physicians receive adequate staff support; minimizes patient waiting times; serves as a patient advocate by evaluating existing and developing new pathways to improve clinical metric outcomes; is first to handle patient complaints; designs and develops new programs to meet the Clinics needs; recommends and implements & EXPERIENCE:Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare field required - or - graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (RN) requiredBachelors degree in Business or Healthcare preferredTwo years of prior health care supervisory experience preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPointWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM with some weekends.
