Manager BookkeepingData Processing

POSITION SUMMARY:The Data Processing Manager oversees the daily operations of data processing ensuring the accurate timely and compliant handling of patient payer and financial information. This role manages staff responsible for data processing payment posting claim reconciliation payer reprocessing entering charges and workflow optimization while leveraging the EHR system to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency. The manager collaborates with revenue cycle teams to support organizational & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Health Information Management or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferredThree (3) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience requiredExperience using Epic preferably within Revenue Cycle modules preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of HIPAA Medicare Medicaid and commercial insuranceKnowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI) ERA EFT Lockbox and clearinghouse processes preferredWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
