DePuy Synthes is recruiting for aManager Benefits & Mobilitylocatedin Raynham MA.
The Manager Benefits & Mobility plays a critical role in delivering competitive compliant and employeecentric benefits and mobility programs that support business growth and workforce needs. This role partners closely with HR Finance Legal and external vendors to ensure effective program design operational excellence anda positiveemployee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence how employees experience benefits and global mobility during a period of transformation and growth for DePuy Synthes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daytoday administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs including health and welfare retirement and wellbeing offerings.
Lead mobility programs including domestic and international relocations assignments and related policy governance.
Ensure benefits and mobility programscomply withapplicable laws regulations and internal policies.
Partner with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners Total Rewards Finance Legal) to align programs with business strategy and workforce needs.
Manage vendor relationships including brokers and mobility providers to ensure service quality cost effectiveness and compliance.
Analyze program performanceutilization and costs; prepare insights and recommendations for leadership.
Support change initiatives including program enhancements employee communications and transitions related to organizational changes.
Provide guidance and coaching to HR partners and employees on benefits and mobilityrelated matters.
Where required to be managed locally:
Document handling: Print stamp/seal mail/ship distribute and route documents for wet signatures.
Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree(Human Resources Business Administration Finance or related field).
Masters degree or advanced HR/Total Rewards education preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
Typically requires 68 years of progressive experiencein benefits mobility or total rewards with experience at the manager level.
Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing vendors and thirdparty service providers.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations.
Proven stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Experience supporting global mobility or international assignment programs.
Prior experience in a large matrixed organization or regulated industry.
Knowledge of change management and employee communications related to benefits.
Familiarity with HR systems andbenefitsadministration platforms.
Other:
Language requirements: English (additionallanguages a plus).
Travel: Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
Certifications: CEBS or similar benefits certification preferred.

Total Base Pay Range 102000.00 - 204000.00 USD AnnualAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
