What youll do:

• Lead the design development and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis and advanced analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation potential.
• Manage multiple projects including planning scheduling and resource allocation ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology changes and resolve automation-related issues.
• Develop and document process flows test automation solutions and measure project performance against established criteria.
• Support talent development by coaching team members and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

What youll bring:

• Proven experience in automation system design integration and project management within complex operational environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
• Solid understanding of engineering economics and business case development to support automation investments.
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
• Ability to manage multiple projects coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
