Job Summary
This position is located in the Office of Enterprise Assessments (EA) Office of Enforcement under Office of Management. As a Management and Program Analyst you will identify review and analyze data required for management use monitor deliverable timelines support program workflows review deliverables and provide guidance to contractor support on policies and standard operating procedures.

As a Management and Program Analyst you will:
- Analyze and evaluate programs and operations to identify problems improve efficiency and effectiveness and recommend solutions to management.
- Analyze program information and reporting requirements and develop reporting approaches that provide management with reliable information for decision-making.
- Review policies regulations procedures and management practices to assess their impact on operations and recommend improvements to administrative policies and processes.
- Develop program evaluation plans methods and procedures to measure performance and improve organizational operations and work processes.
- Perform quality control reviews and technical editing on program documentation correspondence and deliverables.
- Provide management with analyses advice reports and briefings on program and administrative issues.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidates online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting 2 of the 3 of the following:
- Analyzing and evaluating programs business operations administrative workflows or deliverable timelines to identify operational inefficiencies workflow delays and to assess effectiveness or efficiency.
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative information to identify problems evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions.
- Interpreting policies regulations procedures or other requirements to determine their impact on program or organizational operations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies knowledge and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience including volunteer experience.
