Job Description
The Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center ( MAMC ) formerly called RCBI is accepting resumes for a Workforce Development Program Manager. Position Description: The MAMC Workforce Development Program Manager is responsible for supporting program clients in obtaining training industry-recognized certifications apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities and academic degrees that best align with their career goals. The Workforce Manager is part of MAMCs Workforce Development Team and reports directly to the Apprenticeship Unit Director. The position will split time between MAMCs primary facilities in Huntington and South Charleston. As part of the MAMC Workforce Development Team the Manager will work closely with the Team to plan coordinate and implement skills programs apprenticeships and pre apprenticeships for individuals and businesses. This position will work directly with people and businesses developing customized in demand training opportunities.
