Make Ready

Indigo Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician for our apartment community in San Antonio TX.

Duties:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal cleaning and maintenance of grounds including common areas
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Should have knowledge of painting
• Basic makeready skills
• Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
• Knowledge of appliances
• Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push pull lift carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Willing to work overtime as needed on weekends as needed.
