In this role youll help create a safe comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents families and team members.

What Youll Do

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Complete routine maintenance requests repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Put Your Skills to Work: Assist with plumbing electrical HVAC appliances and other general building maintenance needs.
• Prepare Resident Apartments: Help with apartment turnovers and ensure spaces are clean safe and ready for new residents.
• Support a Safe Community: Assist with inspections identify potential safety concerns and follow building and safety requirements.
• Work with Vendors: Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers when needed.
• Be a Helping Hand: Provide friendly dependable support to residents and team members throughout the community.

What Were Looking For

• Previous maintenance repair or general handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC or general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Friendly dependable and comfortable working around seniors.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.
