Maintenance Worker Full-Time

What Youll Do

Perform routine maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing electrical HVAC appliances and other building systems.
Prepare apartments and resident rooms for new move-ins.
Complete work orders promptly while maintaining a safe clean environment.
Assist with building inspections vendor coordination and regulatory compliance.
Maintain outdoor areas equipment and community grounds as needed.
Respond to maintenance emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
Assist residents with transportation appointments or special projects when needed.
Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

What Were Looking For

Experience in building maintenance construction HVAC plumbing electrical or a related trade preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Friendly dependable and committed to excellent customer service.
Ability to lift carry bend climb ladders and perform physical work throughout the day.
Willingness to work occasional evenings weekends or on-call shifts as needed.
