Maintenance Worker 2

• Climbing ladders confined space LOTO hot work permit
• HVACs will work in cold rooms
• Exposure to chemicals such as glycol utilities IPA spor-klenz and refrigerant
• Role will operate: Scissor list boom lift.

• **EPA Certification is required ***
• 2 years in a dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role
• Previous experience: Install maintain troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility.
• Experience with (AHUs) chillers boilers and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings schematics and documentation.

• Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus.
• Please ensure call candidates are aware of the required rotating schedule.

• Install maintain troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility.
• Work with air handling units (AHUs) chillers boilers and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Maintain temperature-controlled environments including cold and warm rooms.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings schematics and documentation.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
• Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• **EPA Certification is required**
