Teachers administrators and staff support each other in providing students with an education beyond the expected.
Under the direction of the Director II-MOT perform a variety of grounds maintenance and gardening duties in the beautification of assigned grounds and landscaped areas; perform a variety of tasks related to building and equipment maintenance needs; maintain assigned grounds in a clean and safe condition.
Possess and maintain valid Class C California Drivers LicenseHigh School Diploma or equivalencyH-6 DMV printout
Knowledge of:Basic grounds maintenance procedures including mowing edging raking and equipment and materials used in gardening and grounds keeping fertilizing watering and spraying of flowers trees and and maintenance of hand and power tools heavy grounds equipment and equipment used in grounds record-keeping and safety AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:All persons hired for a position that requires driving a District vehicle for which the District pays the license fees must have a Valid California Drivers License and participate in the District Drug and Alcohol Testing and Employer Pull Notice Forklift certification obtained within probationary period.
