GDI is looking for Maintenance workers for theMayfaire Mall in Wilmington NC. GDI provides best in class integrated high level facility maintenance services to The United States and Canada. Starting Rate: $18.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Routine Upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
- Garbage/Trash disposal
- Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and fellow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
