Spirit of the Position:The LAZ Utilities/Janitorial Associate plays a vital role in ensuring our airport facilities remain clean safe and welcoming for all guests and employees. This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning upkeep and utility duties throughout the airports parking and common areas.
Principal Job Duties:
Requirements:
Previous janitorial custodial or general maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to read write and speak English
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must pass required background checks and airport security clearance processes
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending kneeling and walking for extended periods
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments including inclement weather conditions (heat cold rain snow etc.)
