What Youll Do as a Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines robotic equipment facility systems and production equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and control system issues to identify problems and complete effective repairs quickly.
• Repair equipment ranging from minor component replacements to major machine repairs while maintaining our high safety and quality standards.
• Maintain electrical systems by replacing faulty components interpreting electrical schematics and supporting control circuit repairs.
• Document daily weekly and monthly preventive maintenance activities using spreadsheets to maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Inspect equipment by checking fluid levels replacing filters greasing bearings repairing worn components and completing scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Support a safe productive manufacturing environment by following company safety standards and responding to maintenance needs throughout the facility.

Our Ideal Maintenance Technician

• Technical Expertise: High school diploma and 2-4 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training along with a strong understanding of electrical theory wiring principles and industrial equipment.
• Problem Solver: Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and control system issues while confidently reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Mechanically Skilled: Comfortable using measuring tools volt meters power tools and other maintenance equipment; experience with PLCs mechatronics or forklifts is a plus.
• Driven: Take initiative stay focused and consistently follow through to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Physically Capable: Demonstrate good dexterity and balance lift up to 25 pounds communicate clearly and comfortably perform the physical demands of a hands-on maintenance role.
• Team-Oriented: Value collaboration continuous learning and contributing wherever needed to support our team our customers and the continued success of M.H. Eby.

• Schedule: Full-time 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma
