Maintenance Technician

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime reliability and production efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment installations continuous improvement initiatives and a safe manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to established schedules.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Install fabricate modify and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect equipment identify improvement opportunities and recommend repairs to improve reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics technical manuals and work orders.
• Document completed maintenance activities and communicate equipment status with supervisors and production teams.
• Safely operate hand tools power tools precision measuring instruments and shop equipment.
• Maintain a clean organized work area while following all NOV HSE Quality and company policies.
• Support equipment installations facility projects and other maintenance duties as assigned.
• Work overtime and flexible schedules as required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 1 year of performing industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience troubleshooting hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints schematics and precision measuring instruments.
• Proficient with hand tools and standard maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of standing walking bending and repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple maintenance functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
