• Canyon Terrace Apartments in Nampa Idaho
• Cleveland Square and Moon Valley Apartments in Caldwell and Star Idaho
• Hazel Park Apartments in Caldwell Idaho

No prior experience necessary! Well provide the training and support you need to succeed.

In This Role You Will:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
• Perform seasonal tasks (e.g. mowing snow/ice removal)
• Other duties as assigned

Develop Your Skills In:

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Groundskeeping

What Were Looking For:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license and active auto insurance
• Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
