Maintenance Technician:
Wellspring is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician toensure the effective upkeep maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities including offices and residential facilities.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of maintenance experience is required in areas such asplumbing carpentry painting electric drywall mechanical landscaping etc. preferably in residential maintenance.
- Experiencewithwork order management applications is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- $20-$25 per hour
Conditions of Employment:
- This position requires clearances of state and federal background checks multiple abuse/sex offender registries and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.
- This position requires successful passing of a physical for fitness determination for duty.
- A dependable vehicle valid drivers license and maintaining automotiveinsurance is required.
- Will be required to provide their own basic hand tools; allowances will be given for upgrade or replacement when applicable.
