Maintenance Technician

In this role youll perform oil changes fluid checks and basic vehicle maintenance while building your skills and gaining valuable experience in a dealership environment.

• Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance

• Check and top off engine oil transmission fluid coolant and other fluids

• Inspect belts filters tires and other vehicle components

• Check tire pressure and identify potential maintenance concerns

• Use hand tools power tools and shop equipment safely

• Communicate maintenance needs to the service team

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

• Previous automotive or service department experience required

• Basic knowledge of vehicles and routine maintenance

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ford dealership experience and ASE or Ford certifications are a plus
