Exciting Opportunity:Maintenance Technician - Multifamily

Location: St. Anthony MN

As part of the ARTISAN maintenance team youll play a key role in protecting maintaining and enhancing the value of the community while helping residents feel truly at home. This position requires general maintenance expertise and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all work in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures as well as all relevant federal state and local laws (including Fair Housing ADA and FCRA).

  • Maintain community buildings equipment and grounds to support operational and resident satisfaction goals. Follows practices for the safe operation maintenance and repair of all facility equipment including compliance with health safety programs policies procedures reports.
  • Responds to work orders in a timely manner including after hours on-call maintenance requests and participates in the on-call rotation. Inspect common areas and residential units to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
  • Troubleshoot diagnose and repair HVAC systems appliances plumbing and electrical systems. Complete building repairs such as drywall flooring doors hardware windows screens and more.
  • Maintain pools/spas chemicals logs and associated safety equipment (where applicable). Keep tools and storage areas organized and secure. Participate in required ARTISAN training and development programs. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as maintenance technician in residential commercial or facility settings
  • Proficiency in basic electrical plumbing HVAC carpentry and appliance repair Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required
