Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess Journeyman license for plumbing HVAC or electrical or possess equivalent experience and/or knowledge.
• Knowledge of the DDCC system preferred.
• Must be trained in the use of most maintenance related equipment.
• Must have experience working with construction contractors chemicals industrial cleaners welding and carpentry.
• Must have knowledge of electric and plumbing sports fields and layouts two- and fourcycle engines.
• Knowledge of the operation of generators air compressors pumps and motors.
• Must be familiar with temperature controls such as pneumatic electric solid state cooling towers hydronic heating air conditioning systems commercial oil gas boilers hot water heaters hydronic pumps and air mixture technology.
