Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems and keeping critical systems operating safely Join our team and help create a safe comfortable and reliable environment for our patients visitors and staff.
What Youll Do:
- Repair maintain troubleshoot and install building systems utilities and equipment
- Work on electrical systems including 120/208/277/480-volt equipment and related power and control devices
- Install and repair piping valves fixtures and other mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operating efficiently
- Maintain hospital buildings and off-site properties to ensure they remain safe attractive and functional
- Recommend replacement parts and assist with maintaining inventory
- Collaborate with hospital staff contractors vendors and other departments to support daily operations
What Were Looking For:
- Associates degree in a related field completion of a technical program or 57 years of maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience troubleshooting electrical mechanical and building systems
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and safe work practices
- A dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
