What Youll Do

As a Maintenance Technician II you will be responsible for maintaining the resorts facilities and equipment to ensure a safe comfortable and exceptional experience for our owners and guests. Duties include:

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the resort.
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Completing work orders related to plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry painting and general facilities maintenance.
• Conducting routine inspections of resort facilities and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment.
• Delivering outstanding service while interacting with guests owners and fellow Team Members.

Schedule: Variable shifts based on business needs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years experience in maintenance.
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and grasp stoop reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work varying hours and shifts including weekends and public holidays.
