Maintenance Technician I III

The Maintenance Technician I/II is responsible for supporting maintenance operations through preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is ideal for candidates ranging from entry-level to mid-level experience with responsibilities increasing based on skill level and experience.

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including motors conveyors gearboxes belts and bearings

• Assist with or independently diagnose basic electrical issues depending on experience level

• Support equipment setup changeovers and operational adjustments

• Read and interpret work instructions manuals and basic schematics

• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs

• Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• 15 years of maintenance or related experience

• Basic to intermediate mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Basic electrical knowledge preferred

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to work independently (Level II) or as part of a team (Level I)
