Job Summary
Under the direction of Manager Maintenance & Operations performs routine and emergency repairs to insure proper and safe operations of District and/or school site facilities; maintains assigned buildings and related facilities in a clean safe sanitary and orderly condition; performs building plumbing and equipment maintenance; janitorial services; and grounds keeping; Actual assigned duties may vary by location and particular work site needs. Priorities for special projects will be set with the assistance of the Manager Maintenance & Operations.
