Maintenance Technician

Arbor Gate is seeking a Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C electrical sheetrock repairs plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full-Time Position

Requirements:

• 13 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
• Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets faucets disposals drain clogs)
• Basic electrical repair skills (outlets switches light fixtures GFCIs)
• Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators stoves dishwashers microwaves)
• Skilled in drywall repair painting flooring and general carpentry
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Requirements: Would like for him to be bilingual if possible.
