What you will do:

â Complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

â Analyze repairs requests and troubleshoot them.

â Perform installations assembling fittings repairs and replacements as needed.

â Handle emergency maintenances and repair works.

â Stock adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses.

â Maintain work area clean safe and organized.

â Operate maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.

â Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in safe clean and good working conditions.

â Provide assistance to co-workers when needed.

â Attend job training and safety programs organized by maintenance department.

â Adhere to company policies safety regulations and OSHA requirements.

â Perform maintenance tasks based on pictures blueprints written descriptions and oral instructions from Supervisors.

â Install maintain and repair electrical control wiring and lighting systems.

â Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

â Perform general electrical maintenance.

â Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

â Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.

â Repair and replace equipment electrical wiring or fixtures.

â Experience in assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

â Solid understanding of a variety of repair techniques and tool operation

â Ability to work in a physically demanding job that includes heavy lifting and standing

â Ability to install and troubleshoot 110V and 480V applications

â Strong mechanical abilities including hydraulics and pneumatics

â Welding experience a plus

â Able to work from scissor lift/not afraid of heights

â Work overtime or weekends as needed.

Education and/or Experience

â One or more years of experience in maintenance work

â High school diploma or its equivalent

Physical Demands

â Ability to work outside in all seasons of weather

â Ability to see details at close range while reviewing inventory information

â Ability to grasp and manipulate large and small items

â Ability to push pull and lift various materials including aluminum steel and parts

â Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
