Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to safely maintain troubleshoot and repair equipment at the Clinton MO plant.

Shift: 6p-6a on the 223 schedule (train on days 6a-6p for about 2 months before moving to nights)
Pay: $24.72-34.00 depending on experience

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines.
• Must follow safety guidelines wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements.
• Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.
• Maintain complete familiarity with production and support equipment.
• Perform project work as assigned.
• Responsible for completing all paperwork such as work orders parts usage sheets and misc. logs as required.
• Know all safety requirements for Lock Out/Tag Out Hazard Com. Std. And equipment specific safety procedures.
• Maintain troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Hazardous waste handline/shipping

Skills and Abilities

• Experience in troubleshooting electrical panels
• Experience with 480v 3 phase systems 24v control
• PLC relay logic drive knowledge
• Ability to read comprehend and follow complex troubleshooting instructions and identify parts from equipment maintenance manuals.
• Physically capable of moderate to heavy transferring of objects up to 100 pounds.
• Must have ability to perform electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
• Ability to access areas above head levels and work with both hands simultaneously.
• Ability to receive comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Possess a positive attitude and be able to work without supervision in a team environment.
• Ability to operate all plant production equipment.
