Maintenance Technician

Custodial tasks and maintenance of agency properties.

Responsible for preventative maintenance to ensure the quality of buildings and grounds.

Maintenance of all property facility equipment and machinery according to safety and sanitation requirements including scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs if applicable.

Responsible for all ordering and inventory of custodial equipment and maintenance supplies in most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Responsible for upkeep of grounds including common areas and reporting quarterly or as needed.0

REQUIREMENTS:

Any Combination of training and experience equivalent to two (2) years of commercial institutional or industrial custodial experience including experience directing the work of others.

Availability to work evening and weekend hours

First aid and CPR certification
