FLSA Status: Hourly
1st Shift Schedule: 80 hour bi-weekly Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
General Job Description:
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the general maintenance of the physical buildings vehicles grounds resident adaptive equipment lifts and equipment. The Maintenance Tech receives work orders and other assignments in order to maintain an inspection ready and safety compliant facility.

Minimum Age and Level of Education Required:
- HS/GED Valid NC drivers license.
- Knowledge/Experience in Plumbing HVAC Electrical & Painting; CPR & First Aid Boat Safety Certification.
