Job Description

Our Maintenance Worker keeps our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant detail-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work on a daily basis including but not limited to replacing light bulbs repairing electrical plumbing HVAC and appliances.
• Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting cleaning carpets and general maintenance by either providing these activities or working as a team member to achieve these results.
• Maintains the grounds by mowing sweeping and trimming trees and shrubs or other activities such that the outside grounds are always presentable.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of related maintenance experience and some formal training in one or all of the following areas: carpentry plumbing painting HVAC refurbishing and cleaning.
• Ability to perform general maintenance repair needs at assigned location problem solve plan organize communicate and cooperate with others.
• Must have an AZ Fingerprint Clearance card or have the ability to obtain one
• Clean background check.
