Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems including HVAC electrical and plumbing
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning optimally. This includes preventative maintenance such as: changing air filters / batteries in smoke detectors / change light bulbs etc.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests(On-Call)and prioritize tasks based on urgency including occasional after-hours emergencies which can occur outside of business hours
• Snow removal as needed
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
• Take pride in your work and demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Any and all other maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Strong decision-making skills and a positive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in HVAC electrical and plumbing systems
• Access to or ownership of basic tools required for maintenance work
• Valid and non-expired drivers license insurance along with reliable transportation
• Lift up to 60lbs when necessary to perform maintenance tasks

Required Experience:

Junior IC
