Maintenance Technician
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property management team the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our properties to ensure they are safe clean and well-maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties including but not limited to:
Plumbing and electrical work
HVAC maintenance and repairs
Carpentry and drywall repairs
Painting and touch-ups
Grounds maintenance and landscaping
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with property management software and systems a plus
- Salary range: $20-22 per hour depending on experience
