Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd shift

Typically from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

What You Will Do:

• Ensure a safe work environment and full compliance with company state and federal safety regulations.
• Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities (preventive corrective and reactive) to support production needs.
• Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs equipment reliability and root cause problem-solving efforts.
• Oversee equipment repairs outages contractors and vendor work execution.
• Manage maintenance budget CMMS compliance (SAP PM or equivalent) and spare parts availability.
• Improve shop organization and equipment condition through 5S CIL and defect elimination practices.
• Develop coach and manage maintenance team members including hiring and performance management.
• Promote adherence to company values policies and standards of conduct.

What We Look For:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
• Typically has 3 years related experience
• Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of fasteners lubrication mechanical drive systems pneumatics hydraulics fabrication electrical power systems electrical control systems production/process refrigeration boilers HVAC and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards safety EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standards preferred.
• Must have previous supervisor experience.
• Basic PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook. SAP experience beneficial.
• Must have basic mathematical and problem-solving skills to generate and maintain departmental reports.
• Must be capable and willing to work any shift and be on 24-hour call for emergency situations as necessary.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $68000 to $113000 annually with eligibility for a 10 % annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience skills education certifications and location and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
