Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Lead performs and leads general maintenance and repair work for Palmilla Beach Resort Vacation Rentals residences and operational facilities. This position helps ensure residences are safe functional well maintained and ready for guest and owner arrivals. The Maintenance Lead provides daily direction to Maintenance Technicians coordinates assigned vendor work completes preventive maintenance and work orders and ensures all tasks are completed to company standards on time and with a focus on owner-asset protection and guest experience.

• Fulfills all job responsibilities and other duties or projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Director of Property Management.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training trade certification or relevant maintenance license preferred.
• Two or more years of general residential hotel resort vacation-rental or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude or prior experience leading work assignments training peers or coordinating a small team.
• Working knowledge of basic repairs to plumbing electrical fixtures appliances HVAC-related systems furniture doors windows walls floors ceilings and cabinetry.
• Ability to read and complete work orders follow instructions manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
• Basic computer and mobile work-order system skills required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays and on-call shifts as needed.
• Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and be insurable within the CoralTree Residence Collection system.
