Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 57 mechanics and oversee maintenance of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance equipment rebuilds and upgrades.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings schematics and manuals.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve recurring equipment issues.
• Supervise schedule and train maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
• Ensure OSHA LOTO and company safety requirements are followed.
• Work with Engineering and Production to minimize equipment downtime.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and provide on-call support.

Requirements:

• 710 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 35 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors pumps conveyors gearboxes bearings and shafts.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA LOTO and preventive maintenance.
• High School Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred.
• Flexible to work nights weekends and on-call as needed.
