We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our location in Magna Utah!
The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate activities of personnel engaged in repair and service of off Hwy equipment crushing equipment generators and trucks.
- Review requests for repair help determine problems and recommend solutions.
- Schedule and assign work coordinate efforts provide technical guidance and review progress of all assignments.
- Communicate with the Equipment Manager daily.
- Complete all paperwork that may be necessary.
- Manage repair projects internally and with outside vendors.
- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions processes and behaviors observed.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five plus years of heavy-duty equipment experience with knowledge of trucks generators and crushing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Previous supervisory skills.
- Strong verbal written and computer skills needed.
- Must be very reliable able to work well under pressure and can organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check physical/functional exam and drug screen.
- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
