Maintenance Supervisor II

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Lead coach and supervise a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical electrical and instrumentation disciplines
• Plan prioritize and assign maintenance work orders aligned with production needs and reliability targets
• Drive execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with Operations Engineering and Planning teams to optimize maintenance schedules and plant efficiency
• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as downtime PM compliance backlog and MTBF
• Oversee accurate documentation of maintenance activities within CMMS systems (e.g. SAP Maximo)
• Support plant shutdowns turnarounds and capital projects to ensure timely and safe execution

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
• 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams (2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and instrumentation systems
• Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo
• Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience leading maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environment
• Certification in maintenance/reliability (e.g. CMRP) or technical trade certifications
• Experience supporting capital projects or large-scale plant turnarounds
