Maintenance Supervisor – Apartments

Tarantino Properties is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Grand Prairie TX / Arlington TX. The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills experience with HVAC plumbing electrical systems unit turns and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Essential Functions:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C electrical plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal cleaning and maintenance of grounds including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
  

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC carpentry plumbing general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable organized and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
