Maintenance Specialist (Construction)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have specialized knowledge of maintenance work including construction carpentry masonry heavy equipment operation plumbing electrical concrete asphalt heating and air conditioning and locksmith capabilities. CDL license preferred but not required. Experience in providing oversight into construction projects.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Schedule: 260-day contract Monday-Friday

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
