Maintenance Specialist 2nd shift

This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment production lines and/or facilities resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment production lines and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment production lines and/or facilities.

The work model for the role is:#LI-onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Pinetops NC.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Working with the engineering and management team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines.

• Consulting on ways to improve reliability maintainability and safety.

• Solving major technical equipment or facilities challenges to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

• Reacting promptly to any emergencies breakdowns malfunctions or other problems to minimize disruption to production.

• Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

• Maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

• Implementing health safety and environmental guidelines and directive.

Qualifications for the role

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2 years working as a maintenance technician.

• Data Analysis & Reporting experience.

• Knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing Processes.

• Planned Maintenance & Backlog and Specialist Technical & Engineering Skills.

• Knowledge and use of tools tape measure calipers grinders or other hand tools as needed.

• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job as needed

• Ability to lift push and pull up to 40lbs.

• Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.
